EP is very conservatively designed, so our visitors rarely have problems viewing or hearing The Piano Education Page. However, when they do, we're happy to try to help, within the limits of our knowledge, the information available to us and our time constraints. When you report a problem to us, you can save yourself and us a lot of time by giving us some basic information on the form below. Please note that we cannot solve hardware-related problems; these are best directed to the manufacturer of the hardware or the software running on it. We also cannot serve in a technical support role for software on the machine. Please direct those questions to the manufacturer of the software.
