Poulenc's toccata from trois pieces

I am a new member. Although I have been teaching for many years and have taught this piece previously I am having difficulty in helping my student with the line on the last page where the left hand plays triplets and quintuplets against a normal rhythm in the right hand, together in time. My usual suggestions haven't worked. Has anyone got some advice?

Might it help the teachers on board if they knew what you have already tried? I don't know if this is helpful.
