Occasionally I prune the member database to remove members who don't visit the Message Board after registering or who have not visited in over a year. This keeps the databases from being overburdened and slowed down for those who do visit with too many names of non-participating members.

Every time a prune is done, an e-mail is sent to all affected members at least 10 days prior to their removal from the databases. Any member who responds to this e-mail is not pruned. Those who do not respond are pruned within 10 days.

If you should get pruned and still want to be a member, you can simply re-register. If you get an e-mail saying you are about to be pruned from the database, just respond to it to prevent pruning or write me and I will manually remove your name from the prune list.

Pruning is done to maximize everyone's experience on the Board. It's an essential part of board maintenance. :)
